We may, at our sole discretion, cancel or terminate your account for any reason without notice. Upon cancellation, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be liable to the other party for failure of performance due to circumstances beyond its control (such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, cyber attacks etc.).
WHOLE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to the use of our Services and replace all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, agreements and conditions.
